Privacy information includes both personal information and usage and attribute information. Personal information refers to information related to a living individual, as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. This includes, but is not limited to, a person’s name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, and any other information that can be used to identify a specific individual.

Information that does not identify an individual but relates to usage history and characteristics may be collected. This includes, but is not limited to, services used, products purchased, browsing and advertisement viewing history, search keywords, dates and times of use, usage methods, device and operating environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, IP address, cookie information, location data, and device identifiers.

We may collect personal information when users register for an account or use any of our services. We may also collect usage and attribute information when users access our services or view pages on our website.
If a user chooses to link our services with an external service, we may collect the user ID associated with that external service and any information the user has authorized the external service to share with us, in accordance with the external service’s privacy settings.

We collect and use privacy information for the following purposes:
A) To allow users to view, update, and correct their registered information, including name, address, contact details, payment methods, services used, purchased products, and related charges, as well as to confirm usage status

C) To verify user identity using information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, driver’s license number, or delivery confirmation records
D) To process payments by using payment-related information, including purchased products, service details and usage periods, number of uses, billing amounts, and payment details
E) To display registered information on input screens to help users enter data efficiently or to transmit such information to external services at the user’s request
F) To identify users and refuse service to those who violate the Terms of Use, such as by failing to make payments, causing harm to third parties, or attempting to use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
G) To provide customer support, including responding to inquiries related to service usage, billing, and account information
H) To create statistical data in a form that does not allow individual users to be identified
I) To display or distribute advertisements for our services or for third parties
J) To use privacy information for marketing purposes
K) To carry out purposes incidental to those listed above
[Provision of Privacy Information to Third Parties]
We do not provide privacy information to third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in the following cases. This does not apply where disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.
A) When disclosure is required by law or regulation
B) When disclosure is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and obtaining user consent is difficult
C) When disclosure is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children and obtaining user consent is difficult
D) When disclosure is necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies, or their contractors, in performing legally mandated duties, and obtaining user consent may interfere with such duties
If we outsource all or part of the handling of privacy information to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes, or if privacy information is transferred due to a merger or other business succession, such transfers shall not be considered disclosure to a third party.
We may also share privacy information with external services at the user’s request when the user links our services with those external services.
[Access, Correction, and Deletion of Privacy Information]
If a user requests disclosure of their personal information (excluding usage and attribute information), we will disclose such information without delay. However, we may withhold all or part of the information if disclosure may harm the user or a third party, significantly interfere with our business operations, or violate laws or regulations. In such cases, we will notify the user without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal information. If a user believes that their personal information is inaccurate, they may request correction or deletion in accordance with our prescribed procedures. If we determine that such action is necessary, we will promptly correct or delete the information and notify the user.
[Request for Suspension of Use]
If a user requests suspension of the use of their privacy information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the stated purposes or was obtained improperly, we will conduct an investigation. Based on the results, we will take appropriate measures, including suspension of use, and notify the user without delay.
If suspension of use would involve excessive cost or be difficult to implement, we may instead take reasonable alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.
