Q. How can I get recommendations for restaurants?
First, please send us your request via the S-REIT inquiry form or by following the official I-MAKE Instagram account.
For example, if you would like to eat sushi while enjoying a spectacular view, try high-quality Japanese cuisine, or enjoy reasonably priced and delicious yakitori, we will do our best to introduce you to restaurants that meet your various requests.
Q. How far in advance can you provide information about restaurants?
As you know, Japan has four distinct seasons, and there is a tradition of enjoying dishes that are appropriate for each season.
In addition, each region has its own unique local vegetables, meat, and fish.
We would like to introduce restaurants that match your preferences and requests as closely as possible, based on Japan's unique seasons and regional characteristics. Please feel free to consult with us first.
For the reasons mentioned above, it would be helpful if you could let us know your specific travel dates (when you will be arriving and departing).
Q. Can I always make a reservation at the restaurants recommended by S-REIT?
Unfortunately, the restaurants recommended by S-REIT are all hidden gems that are popular with locals.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that reservations will always be available immediately.
However, we have a large database of information collected from locals who provide real-time updates on restaurant information. Even if a particular restaurant is unavailable for reservations, we will introduce you to other restaurants that offer dishes of comparable quality, so please rest assured.
Q. If restaurants are recommended for free, isn't there a risk that they will be unpopular establishments?
No, there isn't.
It goes without saying that you should pay a high price to eat delicious food.
However, this creates an unfair system where only a wealthy few can make reservations at truly delicious restaurants.
The restaurants we at S-REIT aim to introduce are those that offer the best value for money, accessible to everyone.
We will strive to provide a service that allows as many foreign tourists visiting Japan as possible to experience “truly delicious” cuisine, with all our staff working together.

It is lovely and cool over here at the moment. A high of 10 degrees which is much more manageable than the 35 degrees in Hamamatsu. Lovely place but so hot😂 I had a wonderful time at Masa-sans bar. I learned alot about wonderful whisky and how to appreciate it. I have some photos I will send him soon.
I hope to come back to Japan when I have permission from my wife and it is nice and cold in winter.
